In this consolidated appeal, Ocean Drilling & Exploration Company (ODECO) challenges the District Court’s dismissal of its third-party complaints for indemnity against Berry Brothers Oilfield Service, Inc. (Berry Bros.), a repair contractor, in separate actions instituted against ODECO by two employees of Berry Bros, for injuries sustained in the course of performing repairs on a stationary offshore plaform owned by ODECO.
