LAWSON, Justice.

The appellee, plaintiff below, brought suit against three defendants, namely, Carol Watt (appellant), Lucius Colmant, Jr., and Virginia Woodson, claiming damages for the loss of the services of his wife, for expenses incurred in the treatment of her injuries, and for property damages to his automobile, as a result of an automobile accident which occurred on the 21st day of August, 1940. Mrs. Combs, the wife of the appellee, also brought suit against the same defendants, claiming damages for personal injuries which she received as a result of the accident. The two cases were…
