Upon sustaining in part and overruling in part the separate *161demurrers of a number of tbe defendants to tbe second amended bill filed by B. A. Pyles, special receiver of tbe Exchange Bank of Littleton, against a number of its stockholders, for the purpose of enforcing their individual liability for double tbe amount of their stock, tbe same being alleged to be necessary to pay tbe creditors of tbe insolvent bank, tbe court has certified for our decision a number of questions.
