On writ of error to a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cabell county rendered on the 26th day of March, 1896, against the Ensign Company, under section 5 of chapter 103 of the Code (our Lord Campbell’s act) for negligently causing the death of the infant Volney C. Lambert.
