OPINION

LAURA CARTER HIGLEY, Justice.

Relator, Anthony L. Bannwart, requests habeas corpus relief from a November 19, 2012 trial court “Judgment of Contempt Anthony Bannwart” and seeks a writ of prohibition preventing the trial court from holding further criminal contempt proceedings. 1 On November 26, 2013, after a preliminary review of relator’s petition for writ of habeas corpus, we ordered relator released upon his posting of a bond in the amount of $1000.00, pending a final determination of his petition.
