Relator, Sam Houston, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus and motion for emergency relief in this Court. See Tex. Gov’t.Code Ann. § 22.221(d); see also Tex. R.App. P. 52. He sought to set aside the judgment of contempt signed October 18, 2002 by the Hon.
