Andrew Weisner (“Plaintiff”) brought an action against Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston (“Defendant”), pursuant to section 502(a)(1)(B) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) of 1974, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B), seeking to recover long-term disability (“LTD”) benefits.
