OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

HELLERSTEIN, District Judge.

On October 8, 1998, on a business trip for his employer A.T. Kearney, Inc., Phillip Cronin was found dead in his hotel room in Helsinki, Finland. Cronin was found hanging by his neck, suspended from a luggage strap looped to a hook on the bathroom door. Immediately prior to his death, Mr. Cronin was practicing au-toerotic asphyxiation.
