DECISION AND ORDER

LARIMER, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Shirley M. Critchlow, commenced this action on April 14, 2000, under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B). Plaintiff alleges that defendant, First UNUM Life Insurance Company of America (“UNUM”), wrongfully denied plaintiffs claim for benefits under her a group accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy (“the policy”) issued by UNUM to Redcom Laboratories, Inc.
