Respondent was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Arizona on November 10, 1964, having previously practiced in the State of Missouri. On September 30, 1981, Local Administrative Committee 5A of the State Bar of Arizona issued a complaint charging respondent with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility as adopted by this court in Ariz.R.S.Ct. 29(a), 17A A.R.S. 1 Specifically, respondent was charged with violation of Disciplinary Rule 1-102(A)(3) and (4) and Rule 29(c).
