MILLER, Judge:
This appeal is from the judgment of the district court denying the motion by plaintiffs-appellants (“unions”) for partial summary judgment and granting defendantsappellees’ motion for summary judgment in an action brought under section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).1 We affirm.
