Affirming.
The appellant, John Clark, was convicted in the Harlan circuit court of the crime of voluntary manslaughter at his trial under an indictment charging him with murdering Bradley Johnson, and his punishment was fixed at four years’ confinement in the penitentiary. He was denied a new trial and by this appeal seeks a reversal of the judgment. In his motion for a new trial a number of grounds therefor are set out, but in this court his counsel urge only three, which are: (1), that the verdict was not sustained by sufficient evidence and is flagrantly…
