Affirming.

At liis trial under an indictment in the Breathitt circuit court charging him with murdering Jessie Begley, the appellant, Tom Salyers, Jr., was convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and punished by confinement in the penitentiary for a period of nine years. On this appeal by him therefrom his counsel argue that the judgment is erroneous, and should be reversed, upon the grounds that: (1) The verdict is flagrantly against the evidence; (2) incompetent evidence introduced by the commonwealth over defendant’s objections and exceptions; (3) improper…
