Reversing.
The tracks of the appellant, and defendant belowr Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company, at a point, some five or six miles east of Owensboro run east and west. At that point defendant has a siding some two miles long paralleling its main line. On the north side of the main line runs State Highway No. 60, and about, midway of the siding a county public road known as “Wright’s Landing Road,” running north and south, crosses at grade, at practically right angles, the main track and the siding.
