SCHWEINHAUT, Justice.
The plaintiff was struck by a street car. She was rendered unconscious and taken immediately to the hospital. The defendant, through its claims investigators, promptly obtained statements from witnesses and the plaintiff now asks for an order directing defendant to give her copies of them.)
