On October 30, 1952, Maurice J. Tobin, Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, as plaintiff filed his com*387plaint seeking to enjoin defendant, a Delaware corporation authorized to do business in Arkansas and maintaining its principal office at Siloam Springs, Arkansas, from violating the minimum wage and record keeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seqi

On December 29, 1952, defendant filed its answer in which it admitted that it was a Delaware corporation but denied all other allegations of plaintiff’s complaint.
