OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Robert A. Hurtuk, appeals the denial of his Motions to Suppress and subsequent convictions for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol and Underage Consumption of Alcohol, in the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
