The amended petition of the plaintiff in error in the trial court contained two causes of action. The first cause of action was to recover from the defendant in error the sum of $62,744.56, deposited by the plaintiff in error with the First Trust & Savings Company, which it is alleged the First Trust & Savings Company wrongfully and without the authority of the plaintiff in error paid to, or for the account of, one Albert J.
