Plaintiffs brought a class action against the various HSBC-affiliated Defendants (“HSBC” or “HSBC Defendants”),1 who *336served as custodians and administrators to certain “feeder” funds that invested in Bernie Madoffs Ponzi scheme, alleging four claims: aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty (Count Three); aiding and abetting conversion (Count Four); aiding and abetting fraud (Count Five), and unjust enrichment (Count Six).
