This opinion is submitted relative to plaintiff’s appeal of this court’s February 19,1992, order granting moving defendant’s1 motion for *136summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff’s complaint. For the reasons stated, this court’s order should be affirmed.

DISCUSSION

On August 4,1989, plaintiff “EJ.M.” filed a complaint alleging injuries as a result of sexual abuse by defendant, Father Terrance Pinkowski.
