A jury convicted appellant of murder and assessed punishment at imprisonment for life and a fine of $10,000. The Court of Appeals for the Fourteenth Supreme Judicial District affirmed the conviction. Harris v. State, 681 S.W.2d 726 (Tex.App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 1984).
