*848 Heidi Hostettler was fired from the College of Wooster's Human Resources Department when she was unable to return to work on a full-time basis as she was recovering from postpartum depression and separation anxiety. She sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 - 12213 (2012) ; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e - 2000e-17 ; the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2601 - 2654 ; and Chapter 4112 of the Ohio Revised Code.
