A reading of the evidence in this record satisfies us that the defendant’s negligence and the plaintiff’s contributory negligence were questions of fact for the jury, and that the verdict, which established the former and rejected the latter, was amply justified; in fact, we can find no warrant in the testimony to sustain any other verdict than for the plaintiff.
