Plaintiff sued defendant in trespass to recover damages for personal injuries and for injuries to property. On January 12, 1932, defendant’s agent was operating a truck in a westerly direction on the public highway between Middleport and New Philadelphia. Plaintiff was driving his sedan easterly on the same road.
