The defendant in error, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought suit in the Municipal Court of Chicago against the plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, for $127.50. The cause was submitted to the court, who found for the plaintiff and entered judgment for the amount claimed.
The facts are undisputed. On November 12, 1910, the defendant ordered from the plaintiff certain merchandise to be shipped to San Francisco January 3, 1911.
