Rélator-petitioner appeals from a Wyoming County Court judgment which dismissed his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner seeks to -be dismissed from the custody'fof Attica Correctional Facility or, in the alternative, to be transferred to the Albion Correctional Facility.
Petitioner is serving an indeterminate sentence with a maximum of four years.
