The petitioner is an inmate currently confined át the Bay view Correctional Facility in New York County. She has brought this writ of habeas corpus upon the ground that she has been unlawfully deprived of her conditional liberty by a decision of the New York State Board of Parole, issued March 4, 1982, which denied parole and extended petitioner’s minimum period of incarceration by 18 months.
