Elias Darneal, the defendant in error, is a Choctaw Indian by blood, and received as a part of his allotment as such Choctaw citizen the southeast quarter (S. E. *4) and the southeast quarter (S. E. %) of the southeast quarter (S. E. %) of the southwest quarter (S.
