WASHINGTON, Chief Judge:

Appellants Adrian Ball and Christopher Jackson seek reversal of their convictions stemming from their involvement in a high-speed chase and subsequent foot pursuit by police. Jackson raises only one issue on appeal, challenging the government’s joinder of his charges with those of his co-appellant, Ball.
