*1003Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Penny M. Wolfgang, J.), rendered January 30, 2002. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of attempted assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts) and four traffic infractions.
