Louise H. Pingree, as administratrix of the estate of Job Pingree, deceased, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment wherein the probate division of the district court of Weber county, Utah, approved and allowed an account of the First Savings Bank of Ogden, former administrator of the estate of Job Pingree, deceased.
