This is a proceeding for review of an order of the District Court of Carbon County approving two reports of William E. Tilton, as administrator with the will annexed of Chauncey B. Tilton, deceased. The two reports taken together presented a complete statement of the receipts and disbursements of such administrator, under an appointment made November 30, 1901, which was revoked April 4, 1903, for the reason that proper notice of the hearing upon the application for such appointment had not been given to the executors named in the will.
