SULLIVAN, J.

The plaintiff in error, Newtown Pool Service, LLC (plaintiff), filed a writ of error with the Supreme Court, challenging the judgment of the trial *516court, small claims session.1 In its writ, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly awarded the defendants in error damages on a counterclaim beyond the jurisdictional money limit for small claims. We agree and reverse in part the judgment of the trial court.
