In 1998, defendant S&W Edger Works, Inc. (hereinafter Edger Works), an Alabama corporation, manufactured and sold a sawmill to Semenetz Lumber Mill, Inc., a New York corporation located in the Village of Jeffersonville, Sullivan County.
