MEMORANDUM OPINION
HUVELLE, District Judge.
Plaintiff Louis Scott Jones applied for a position as Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) and received a conditional employment offer after successfully completing preliminary phases of the application process. His conditional offer was rescinded after the FBI conducted a background investigation and found him to be “unsuitable.” Plaintiff alleges discriminatory treatment and discriminatory impact based on race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.…
