COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff-appellant William Lowrance filed a § 1983 action alleging he was arrested and detained without probable cause in violation of the fourth and fourteenth amendments of the United States Constitution. He appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Benton County, Tennessee, sheriff and two Ke-nosha, Wisconsin, police officers involved in the arrest. We affirm.
