LANSING, Judge.

In this case we are asked to review the summary dismissal of an application for post-conviction relief. After reviewing the record and the applicable law, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Jeffrey J. Smith was convicted of six counts of robbery with a sentence enhancement for the use a firearm. I.C. §§ 18-6501, 19-2520. He was sentenced to a unified term of twenty-five years, with a minimum period of confinement of ten years. Smith appealed his conviction to this Court. See State v.
