In this action for intentional trespass, MCL 600.2919(1); MSA 27A.2919(1), defendant appeals as of right the trial court’s judgment awarding plaintiff $111,000 in damages; denying defendant’s motion for a new trial or, in the alternative, remittitur; and partially granting plaintiff’s motion for attorney fees pursuant to the offer of judgment rule, MCR 2.405. Plaintiff cross appeals, challenging the trial court’s exclusion of certain evidence and the denial of plaintiff’s motion for sanctions pursuant to MCL 600.2591; MSA 27A.2591.
