This was an action for damages for personal injuries and for injury to automobile as the result of an automobile collision.
The defendant pleaded not guilty.
The case was tried by the judge and a jury. At the conclusion of the evidence the defendant moved for a directed verdict, which motion was overruled by the court. The jury returned a verdict of $3000 in favor of the plaintiff, Carter.
