This is an appeal in error by plaintiff below, Llewellyn, from an adverse judgment in a personal injury suit against the City of Knoxville.
On March 16, 1948, the plaintiff filed his two-count declaration against the defendant, seeking to .recover $25,000.00 damages for personal injuries. The .factual situation alleged was that on.
