McWhorter, Judge:
John Ritz died in September, 1869, seized and possessed of two adjoining parcels of real estate on the west side of Market Street south of 14th Street in the City of Wheeling. He left surviving him his widow, Caroline Ritz, and eight children, viz: -Catherine - Meyer, Elizabeth Rhul, A. Mollie Nichols, Caroline Bradley, John Ritz, James M. Ritz, William Ritz and Annie'M. Ritz. The widow and Annie M. Ritz remained in possession of the property.
