OPINION
WEBER, District Judge.
This is a suit for damages by labor unions on behalf of their members for breach of a Collective Bargaining Agreement by defendant employer. Jurisdiction is founded on 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
Both parties have moved for summary judgment and have entered into an extensive set of stipulations as to the truth of facts stated and the correctness and genuineness of documents presented.
