Plaintiff, by the regularly appointed guardian of his person and estate, commenced two actions to recover stock, or its value if redelivery could not be had, which had been pledged to secure promissory notes evidencing loans made by defendant. The cases were consolidated for trial. Separate findings and judgments for defendants were filed and separate notices of appeal were given. There are two clerk’s transcripts and one reporter's transcript. While the appeals were pending in the Supreme Court they were consolidated.
