This is an action to cancel a mortgage on certain real estate in Fillmore City, Millard county, and to quiet title thereto. Plaintiff and defendant Emma B. ’Huntsman, hereinafter called Mrs. Huntsman, each claims to be the owner in fee of the premises in question, and the other defendants claim title under a mortgage from Mrs. Huntsman. Mrs, Huntsman not only claims to be the owner by title of record, but also by adverse possession since 1903. It is not necessary to make a detailed statement of the pleadings.
