This was an action by the appellees against the appellants to subj'ect certain real estate, the legal title to which is in Elizabeth Lipperd, to the payment of certain judgments. The first question presented is as to the sufficiency of the complaint. It consisted of two paragraphs. The defendants demurred to each paragraph separately, but their demurrers were overruled, and they excepted.
