MORGAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order terminating parental rights of appellant B.D., mother, and appellant J.W., father, over their children, J.W.W., III, J.L.W., J.E.W. and S.J.D. Parents appeal from the termination order and we affirm.

In 1972, mother married R.D. and during the next four years they had two daughters.1 In 1976, mother and her two daughters began living with J.W. in West Virginia.2 Early that year, father was arrested on bad check charges in West Virginia.
