Plaintiff Jonathan Chudson, acting pro se, brings this employment discrimination suit against the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (“the FHFA” or “the Agency”) in his official capacity, alleging violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. In 2011, Plaintiff unsuccessfully applied for four positions advertised by the FHFA.
