This action, involving alleged violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., comes before the court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, (the “Motion for Summary Judgment”). Plaintiff, Glenda DeBord, (“DeBord”), alleges discrimination by the Washington County School Board, (“School Board”), in violation of the ADEA.
