Statement of the Case

[1] Appellant/Defendant, South Indiana Propane Gas, Inc. (“SIPG”). appeals the trial court’s order requiring it to pay a portion of the attorney fees of Ap-pellees/Plaintiffs, John Caffrey (“John”) and Leola Caffrey (“Leola”) (collectively, “the Caffreys”) on their breach, of. contract claim. The trial court held that the Caf-freys could recover their attorney fees because SIPG’s defense to its breach of contract was unreasonable, groundless, or in bad faith.
