LAND, District Judge.

Presently pending before the Court is Defendant Eric Virden’s Motion to Suppress evidence gathered in the course of the seizure of Virden and his vehicle on May 4, 2005 (Doc. 36). Specifically, Virden moves to suppress all documents from the vehicle, physical items from the vehicle, and Virden’s fingerprint evidence. Virden contends that the initial stop was impermissible, that he was subjected to an illegal arrest, and that his vehicle was seized illegally.
